Is Your Gear Happy?
This months tip is a reminder to keep all your gear clean and organized. If you have a rats nest behind your equipment, try to organize it as best you can. Having wires labeled and organized makes it easier for air to flow and keep components cool. It also makes troubleshooting much easier if something were to go wrong.
Keep your electronics free of dust as best you can. Dust can clog vents and cause gear to over heat and fail. Dust can also hold moisture, and water and electronics do not mix.
As always, JBM Audio offers a yearly service plan for you if you just don't have the time to tackle this project. It includes a yearly tune up and calibration of your display and surround system. A thorough dusting and cleaning of your gear. Organization of your wires to make them neat and tidy. If you have a JBM Audio Remote Control, it also includes any changes you want done to it. What is ISF?
JBM Audio is an ISF Certified Calibrator, but what does that mean? ISF stands for Imaging Science Foundation. The Imaging Science Foundation was founded in 1994 with sole purpose of making sure that the films you saw in the theater, looked the same on your television.
ISF certification is given after a 3 day in depth and hands on training course is taken and an exam passed. Once a calibrator is ISF certified, next up is getting equipment. This usually weeds outs the people that really are not interested in getting the best picture out of televisions. This equipment is rather pricey, but it is absolutely essential to calibrate your display properly.
I bet you are wondering on why does a television need to be calibrated? I have the answer to this question on the " Why Calibrate" page on the JBM Audio website. Browse over and take a look!

Battle at Kruger
Nature can produce some of the most amazing video. This has been one of my favorites for a very long time. Take a look and make sure to watch the entire thing. I mean any video that has a pride of lions, heard of water buffalo and a couple crocodiles has to have some dramatic moments! Click below:

Rabbit vs Snake
Nature in reverse always interests me. This rattlesnake messes with the wrong bunny. I am not sure how often this happens, but this was the first time I have ever seen anything like this.

Funny Cats
Finally, you can't have a bunch of animal video's without one of a bunch of cats doing crazy funny things. Sit back and enjoy. You will get a laugh out of this one:
