It all started from humble beginnings. This web site started out as a place for Sony STR-DA777ES owners to discuss their receiver. Most of us moved over here because the original 777es site got popup crazy and they drove us all nuts. I found some forum software, did some of my own modifications and put together the forums that we still use today. The forums are still the back bone of JBM Audio and it's members are the life blood.
At the same time, I was looking for some good cables to wire up my own system with. I didn't feel like paying for a big name like Monster just to have a pretty cable. So I decided to do some research. I was going to school to become an Electrical Engineer and understood what a cable needed to do. I found material that would give me a very high quality cable and not break my bank. Then a friend asked if I would build him some cables. After that I decided to try my luck on the web, put up my cable site to help me pay for college and I did pretty well. Home Theater 4

When I combined my 777ES site with my Cable site, JBM Audio was born.

Since then, the site has gone through many revamps, before I decided to make a business out of it. When I decided to do that, the site had to be done all over from scratch to what you see now. It is a work in progress and I hope to keep adding more information, products and services as time passes.

JBM Audio is now the premier custom installer in western Michigan. We are ISF and HAA certified. We are also a CEDIA Member. What this means to the customer is that he/she will get the best sounding, best looking looking system, no matter what his/her budget.
